TDLR has abolished the Cosmetology/Esthetics Instructor license, but we remain committed to producing QUALIFIED INSTRUCTORS for our industry that will properly educate our future professionals. ⁠Respect for our craft begins in the classroom!

This Instructor Training Program requires a minimum of One year work Experience as a Licensed Esthetician, Eyelash Extensions Specialist, or Cosmetologist.

Course Description:

At The Facial & Wellness Society, our 500-Hour Esthetics Instructor program is designed to help Raise the Bar of education and training, and Enhance the image of the beauty and wellness industry. With our curriculum, each prospective teacher will be learning how to become a professional Educator of Esthetics with technical instruction and practical operations in teaching .

Our 500-Hour program has been divided into the following modules:

200-Hour CIMA Online Fundamentals for Theory
300-Hour In-Classroom Instruction

This is a specialty course which covers all aspects of instructional methods and techniques, conduction of classroom instruction and demonstrations, supervising and training while practicing the art of Esthetics.

While learning to instruct our Elite Esthetics curriculum, you will be eligible to receive your own Certifications in Social Media Marketing, Oncology Specialist Training, Advanced Makeup with Airbrush, and the NCEA National Esthetician Certification.

What will I Learn in Class?

Our prospective teachers will learn to utilize a system of forward-focused thinking and front-end coaching while working side by side with a Master Instructor. The course is designed to prepare the prospective teachers to obtain the knowledge and skills needed for an entry-level position as an instructor in the beauty field.

Maintain classroom control
Identify different learning techniques
Implement different teaching techniques

By learning these methods of teaching Esthetics, the prospective teachers learn to engage students in the learning process and stimulate the discovery process with visuals, music, and/or hands-on activities.
