ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To enroll into one of our licensing courses, follow these steps to apply:

STEP 1. ATTACH COMPLETED APPLICATION (download PDF below)

STEP 2.  ATTACH VERIFYING DOCUMENTS

H.S. diploma, transcripts, or equivalency certificate AND a copy of government issued photo ID is required. 

STEP 3. ATTACH PERSONAL ESSAY

Include accomplishments, why you chose this new area of study, and career goals.   

STEP 4. PAY $150.00 APPLICATION FEE.

Action will not be taken on admission until the non-refundable application fee is received. 

STEP 5. PERSONAL INTERVIEW

Once all documents have been reviewed, Applicants will be invited to complete a personal interview with Admissions to be considered for Enrollment.
