320-Hour Eyelash Extensions Specialist Program

What’s the difference between a lash License and a Certification?

Certifications are often provided through a 1-Day to 3-Day workshop, offered to those who hold an active license in Cosmetology or Esthetics.

An Eyelash Extensions License is only issued from a State. Gaining licensure in Texas means completing 320 hours of theory education and hands-on clinical hours from an Approved and Licensed School and passing the State Boards Exam. The only prerequisites for this license is a high school diploma or GED.

Our Program...

Our 10 week course meets all the requirements of TDLR. With our intimate class sizes, our Instructors will be by your side to help guide you every step of the way. The Art of Classic & Volume Lash Application, starts with a foundational understanding of eye health and anatomy. Once that foundation is established, we build upon it, bringing you the latest in lash styling, forcep selection, adhesive 101, proper lash isolation, lash application, creating the perfect bond between the natural lash and the extension, and more. Our students are taught the importance of meeting clients expectations using world-class techniques to enhance every woman’s natural beauty.

Upon completion of this course, students are eligible to take the state written and practical exams to receive their Eyelash Extensions License.

What will I learn in Class?

This program of technical instruction includes-

Pre-clinical Classroom Instruction: The first 130 hours are devoted to classroom workshops, demonstration, and practical experience. You will learn eyelash application theory and technique including:

Rules and Regulations
First Aid and Adverse Reactions
Sanitation and Contagious Diseases
Safety and Client Protection
Eyelash Growth Cycles and Selection
Chemistry of Products
Face Shapes, Eye Shapes, and Placement
Isolation and Separation
Professional Image and Business Management

Clinic Learning Experience: The next 190 hours are hands-on, working on mannequins, fellow students, and Live Models.

What Are Classroom Hours?

We offer the following schedules:

Part-time Afternoons- 3:00pm to 7:30pm Monday through Thursday for 18 weeks

Is There An Online Option?

We offer 2 Hybrid options to complete Theory online. One could be the perfect solution for a working adult, at-home mom who wants to move forward in their dreams of a career in esthetics but don’t have the flexibility of attending class on campus five days a week.

What Is Tuition/Costs?

Program costs include all fees and tuition, training materials, books, and Novalash student kit.

Is there Financing available?

The school offers three different payment options for tuition that we hope will fit into most budgets. Please read about each option on our Payment Options page [link below].

We are an approved vendor through Texas's Workforce Solutions. Get tuition financed through the state of Texas, if approved.

Is Lodging Available?

Many students travel to us from across Texas. There are numerous hotels within a three mile radius. We have negotiated a student discount at the nearby Marriott Fairfield Inn and Suites. Mention The Facial Room Society when you call for reservations. Students have also found housing through AirBnB and other short term residency options.

Want to learn more than Lash?

If you are interested in doing more than eyelash extension services, such as skin treatments, waxing, etc., than an Esthetics or Cosmetology license is required.
