Kimberly Gustafson's deep-rooted love for the beauty and wellness industry began in 2003. Holding dual esthetics licenses in Texas and Arkansas, she expanded her artistry in 2009 by earning her cosmetology license—quickly becoming a go-to specialist for vibrant color, blonde transformations, and precision haircuts. But for Kimberly, mastering the craft was only the first step. Her true calling has always been lifting others up, which naturally drove her to earn her teaching license in 2010.

Since 2022, Kimberly has brought her vibrant energy and heart for mentorship to The Facial and Wellness Society. For her, working with future professionals isn't just a job description—it's her ultimate motivation. She thrives on fueling her students' excitement and watching them evolve.

Kaitlyn Compton Modeste has been with The Facial and Wellness Society since its founding, bringing over a decade of experience and a lifelong passion for the beauty industry. A dual-licensed Massage Therapist and Cosmetologist in Texas, she began her career in California in 2012. Influenced by her mother, Master Educator Kelly Hemerda, Kaitlyn developed an enduring love for education and aesthetics. She holds multiple advanced credentials, including Milady Master Educator, NCEA, Dermalogica Expert, and Oncology certifications. As the lead Instructor, Kaitlyn is dedicated to inspiring and empowering future professionals, as well as her fellow instructors, through education, mentorship, and hands-on learning. 

As the Director of Operations at The Facial & Wellness Society, Donna Williamson brings a passion for excellence, education, and esthetics to every aspect of the school's mission.  As a licensed Esthetician and Esthetics Instructor, Donna has been an integral part of the school since it's founding, helping shape its growth, culture, and commitment to student success.

With a background in management and training, Donna oversees daily operations, supports staff development, and ensures the highest standards of education and professionalism.  Her dedication to empowering future estheticians and fostering a supportive learning environment reflects her belief that beauty education goes beyond technique - it's about building confidence, skill, and opportunity.

As CEO and Owner of The Facial & Wellness Society, Kimberly S. Mason brings a unique blend of artistry and expertise to esthetic education. Rooted in a BFA, her extensive background spans interior design, film/TV makeup, and art direction, giving her a mastery of environment, visual detail, and client care. This artistic foundation led to a successful transition into esthetics, where she became a licensed Esthetician, a Lead, and a Regional Trainer for Hand & Stone. 

Since founding the school in 2019, Kimberly has committed to specialized training, notably in oncology esthetics, to equip students with the skills to provide safe, complimentary treatments for oncology patients. Beyond academics, she is dedicated to cultivating a strong community and has launched an initiative to establish a hardship scholarship fund for students.
